How Jewelry makes me feel

As someone who struggles with anxiety, I found that making bracelets gives me some relief and allows me to have a creative outlet. Creativity definitely helps me control some anxiety. I like to choose beads that I find may bring some peace to others. I find when wearing a certain bracelet I have good feelings and improve my self-confidence. In a way, jewelry provides you with a story of the person wearing the piece. You can almost feel incomplete without your favourite piece. Knowing you are wearing a piece of jewelry that flatters and fits you just right can be very empowering.

Some jewelry can have the power to heal you depending on who you are and what you personally believe.

The pieces can pass on memories of your loved ones. Perhaps you’ve inherited your grandma’s pearls or great aunt’s wedding ring? Each time a piece of jewelry is passed from one generation to the next, it brings with it the stories and emotions connected to our ancestors. When we are connected to our past sometimes we are stronger for the future.
