If you are unsure what size to purchase an average female bracelet size is 6.5 inches and the average men's bracelet is around 7.5. For the best fit please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement. If you don't have a tape measure just use a piece of yarn and then measure with a ruler.
